I’ll gently guide the conversation with questions to build a clear picture of you as a whole person, not just your condition. This allows me to choose a remedy that’s carefully matched to your individual needs.

During our session, I’ll explain how to take your remedy and answer any questions you may have. Afterward, I’ll reflect on everything we’ve discussed before finalising your prescription and sending your remedies directly to you.

Some clients notice changes quickly, while for others the healing process takes a little longer. Follow-up appointments are usually every 4–6 weeks, or sometimes a shorter check-in call is all that’s needed to review progress and adjust remedies.

Many clients also choose to continue with ongoing sessions — whether to support life transitions like menopause, manage longer-term conditions, or simply to maintain balance and wellbeing.

Once people experience the benefits of homeopathy, they often return if new concerns arise, and it’s not unusual for me to support several members of the same family on their health journeys.
